Free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial — you are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for that period. A paid subscription is required to continue after the trial ends.
Paid subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.
Refunds
If you're charged in error, or within 14 days of your first paid payment you're not satisfied, contact support@growthdept.app and we'll work with you in good faith on a fair resolution, including a pro-rata or full refund where appropriate. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Your data
Cancelling doesn't delete your data immediately — you can export it for a reasonable period, after which it's deleted per our Privacy Policy.
