1. Your choice
GrowthDept uses essential storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics lets you use the Service without Google Analytics. We do not enable advertising cookies or advertising personalisation.
2. Storage we use
Essential storage includes authentication/session tokens, interface preferences and gd-analytics-consent-v1, which remembers your cookie choice for 180 days. The old acknowledgement notice does not count as analytics consent.
If you accept analytics, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions, with a configured lifetime of 180 days that can renew with activity. We also store gd-ga-sign_up-* and gd-ga-purchase-* markers locally to prevent repeat conversion events; these are cleared when you withdraw consent. We do not send your account identifier from these markers to Google.
3. Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics receives page visits, confirmed signups and verified initial subscription or credit-pack purchases when you return from checkout. Purchase events contain the transaction reference, currency, product price references and amounts, not payment card details. Our tracking code omits URL query strings and fragments, does not measure authentication or operator pages, and does not send names, email addresses or form contents. Google processes network and device information as part of providing Analytics. Event and user data retention is set to 14 months; user retention can reset with new activity. Aggregated reports can be retained longer. Google's privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Change your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting after accepting stops further analytics, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the tag. Withdrawal does not delete data already collected. You can also clear browser storage; essential storage is needed to stay signed in. Connected services and our authentication provider have their own policies for essential cookies.
