Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with GrowthDept. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

2. You must not

Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; publish unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful or infringing content; impersonate others or misrepresent your business; harvest or scrape third-party data; or breach the terms or policies of any connected platform.

Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Marketing standards

Content you publish through the Service must be truthful and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and anti-spam law (including the UK CAP Code, GDPR/PECR and the CAN-SPAM Act where relevant). You are responsible for the final content you approve and publish.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you must hold the rights to that account and comply with its rules. We act only through official APIs within the scopes you grant, and never by scraping or circumventing platform controls.

5. Fair use

The Service is provided for legitimate business marketing. We may apply reasonable usage limits to protect performance for everyone, and may pause activity that risks your accounts, other users, or third-party platforms.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend automation, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy or put the Service at risk. Report misuse to support@growthdept.app.
