1. Roles
This DPA applies where ForgeAI Studio Ltd ("Processor") processes personal data on behalf of you ("Controller") to provide GrowthDept. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Processing
Subject matter: provision of the Service. Duration: the term of your account. Nature & purpose: sales and marketing planning, creation, publishing and analytics, with AI assistance. Data types: business contacts, audience/engagement data, content and the categories described in the Privacy Policy. Data subjects: your leads, customers and audience.
3. Processor obligations
We process personal data only on your documented instructions; ensure persons authorised to process it are bound by confidentiality; implement appropriate security; assist you with data-subject requests and DPIAs; and delete or return personal data at the end of the service.
4. Sub-processors
You authorise us to engage sub-processors (hosting/database, AI model provider, email delivery and the integrations you connect). We impose equivalent data-protection obligations on them and remain responsible for their performance. We will inform you of material changes.
5. Transfers & audits
International transfers rely on the UK IDTA / EU SCCs. We make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance and allow for reasonable audits.
