How to complain
We want to put things right. Email support@growthdept.app with "Complaint" in the subject and a description of the issue, your account email, and what outcome you'd like.
What happens
We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect a response.
Escalation
If you're unhappy with our response you can ask for it to be escalated to a senior member of the team. For data-protection complaints you may also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
