1. Delete a connected platform's data
Open Settings → Connections in GrowthDept, find the integration (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google) and choose Remove. This immediately deletes our stored access tokens for that platform and stops all access. Content and analytics we imported from that platform are deleted with it or on request.
You can also revoke GrowthDept's access from the platform side at any time (for Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove GrowthDept). Revoking on the platform side has the same effect — our tokens stop working immediately and are purged.
2. Delete your whole account
Email support@growthdept.app from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request, then delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (kept only as long as the law requires).
3. Confirmation
We confirm every deletion request by email when it is complete. If anything is unclear, reply to that email and a human will help.
